1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • You received a wrong item.
  • Your item is damaged or defective.
  • Your item did not arrive within 45 business days from the shipping date.

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Customs delays or rejections (unless item is not received within 45 days)

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, contact us at payments@shopinnit.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)
  • A short description of the issue

Do not return the product unless instructed.

4. Refund Process

Once your claim is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
